Episode 2 of AI Wrangler On the Streets: Nearly 20 years ago I helped Norissa Harman launch Girls With Guns Clothing first website. This week we sat down to put AI to work inside her business.

She's a serial entrepreneur, and she already uses AI every day. Her line on camera: "I do use AI. It's not scary, you guys."

So this one wasn't about getting started. It was about the jump from asking AI for things to having it work while she sleeps.

Her mornings ran the way most owners' do. Open email, get pulled into whatever's loudest, lose the first hour.

Now she gets a 7AM briefing.

It reads what came in overnight and pushes a digest to her phone. Today it was one invoice and nothing else urgent. She sees the shape of her day before she ever opens her inbox.

The part that matters more than the automation:

We set up a Co-Work projects with a one-page reference docs about her business and projects.

AI takes direction, but it doesn't remember you.

Give it real context once and every session after that gets better. That one-pager is the whole trick.

Next up is wiring it into Shopify so the morning brief opens with the orders waiting to be fulfilled.
