The Most Expensive Thing in AI Isn’t Credits
I’ve been on a summer break from posting. AI building is too addictive. But then I realized something.
The most expensive thing in AI isn’t credits. It’s your time. It’s your most valuable asset — and we’re spending it building the same foundational layers everyone else is building.
Almost everyone starts the same way: an empty Claude or Codex prompt and a blank repo. Then comes the rest of it. Same first weeks, every build:
Server config · Deployments · GitHub · Front-ends · Connectors · Meta Ads CLI · Creative production (Higgsfield) · Creator pipelines · Back-office tooling
Different industries, different problems — and every one of us genuinely hooked, building late into the evening, because watching an idea become real is that rewarding.
But nobody’s business is differentiated by any of this. And everyone pays for it twice: once in credits, and once in the weeks before they reach the part their customers actually care about.
So I built the foundation. An AI OS you start on top of — not from scratch. A quick-start framework that sits underneath every project: an AI OS foundation powered by Claude Code, running on a secure VM, with modules already built and already talking to each other. From there, it gets customized and purpose-built around how your business actually works.
01. Secure VM Your own private instance — servers, deployments, and connectors already configured.
02. Claude Code The engine. Agents that read every module the way the screens do, with a person on every write that touches money or a customer.
03. Modules Creators, content, ads, email & SMS, wholesale, reporting — already built and already talking to each other.
04. Your business Customized and purpose-built around how your business actually works. This is the part your customers care about.
Early access: looking for a few development partners. There’s still lots to build. I’m accepting a few more early-access brands to join as development partners — to build the future of their growth together.
If you want to try it, if you’re thinking about AI agents, or if you’re mid-build right now and it feels like you’re laying pipe instead of creating AI-powered experiences people can use — reach out.
Skip the plumbing. Start with the part that matters.
