Last Sunday, my niece asked me if I can shoot her senior photos. She sent me a few inspiration shots, clean, studio-lit, the kind you'd pay a photographer with a studio for. I said: "I can do that with AI" Then I shot them in my living room.
No studio. No lighting rig. Just a quick 10 mins session, and then I edited everything afterward with Claude Code, Higgsfield AI CLI with Nano Banana. To top it off, used my custom web gallery web app built with Claude Code to share the photos with my niece synced from Dropbox.
The results? You'd never know they weren't shot in a studio.
But here's my favorite part of the whole thing: My niece had just finished writing her senior paper: on the dangers of AI... So naturally, I told her she now has to rewrite it… …because her senior photos were just made with AI. 😅 The irony writes itself.
Watch the video for an overview of process and the exact tools I used.
I'm also testing Supercut to see if it can make my field notes easier to capture and share.
That's the whole idea here: I'll keep showing you what I'm building, in real time, as I build it.
Let's build together.
