A $1.8B revenue company… with just 2 employees powered by AI. This isn't the future. It's now.

Today, NYT just profiled Medvi, a telehealth GLP-1 startup launched in Sept 2024 from a house in LA with $20k and zero outside funding.

The numbers: Month 1: 300 customers Month 2: 1,300 customers 2025: $401M revenue (250k customers) 2026 run-rate: $1.8B Net margin: 16.2%

Team: Founder + brother only

How? A sleek front-end built on two white-label telehealth platforms (doctors, scripts, shipping, compliance handled).

Everything else: brand, ads, checkout, support, powered by AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Midjourney, etc.).

Compare to Hims & Hers: $2.4B revenue… but 2,442 employees and 5.5% margins.

This is what AI leverage + platform arbitrage looks like in 2026.

No moat yet, replicable fast. But a masterclass in moving lean and fast.

What do you think, future of consumer health or temporary arbitrage window?
