The big moat in AI isn't going to be the software.

The big moat in AI isn't going to be the software.

The big moat in AI isn't going to be the software. Everyone will have access to the same models, the same tools, the same code generation. Your moat is your customers. Your data. The relationships you've built. The trust you've earned.

AI can build you a product overnight. Claude Code can ship features in hours that used to take weeks. But no model can replicate the relationship you have with the people you serve.

Here's what I keep coming back to: - Humans want to talk to humans. - We are social by nature. - We crave connection, trust, authenticity. - That doesn't go away because AI got smarter. - It becomes more valuable.

The companies that win in this era won't be the ones with the best AI. They'll be the ones who never lose the art of human connection while using AI to deliver more value than ever before.

Keep your customers close. Know their problems deeply. Build authentic relationships. Engage them with a human touch.

AI makes you faster. AI makes you more capable. But the human connection is what makes people stay.

Don't lose that. It's your real moat.
